The
M/I Productions’ E-marketing process
is simple.
1)
Email us the information you want blasted to
Events@MIProductions.org.
(If you already have a design or the html script for the design, it
could make the process go a lot faster.)
2)
Our talented design team will put together a draft of your
promotion.
(Design can take up to three (3) to five (5) business days,
excluding holidays. It is best to submit design work at least
one week in advance before expecting a first draft. If a
quicker turn around is needed, you may do a rush order which will
produce a first draft in 24 – 48 hours.)
3)
We will email the draft to you for approval and/or
correction.
(Numerous corrections made to the draft can cause your blast date to
be delayed. To avoid this, if there are any corrections that
need to be made to the draft, please be very specific and submit
them all at once. All corrections must be submitted via
email.)
4)
You will find an invoice with payment options attached at
that time.
5) Upon
your approval of the design, you will jump in line for the next
available blast slot.
(To ensure the
satisfaction of our email recipients and a health opening rate of
our campaigns, we are limited to only sending out ONE email a day,
Tuesday through Friday. Exceptions are rarely made and at our
discretion. Statistics show that people open emails most
Tuesday through Friday. We often reserve Saturday through
Monday for M/I Productions specific emails. Draft approvals
must be submitted via email. IMPORTANT: The capacity of
our blast schedule during the time we receive an “approval” email,
determines what day a blast will be scheduled to be sent.
Understand that this could possibly cause your blast to be scheduled
several days or even weeks after its approval. If your blast is time
sensitive, you may consider paying the additional rush fee.)

Then, BLAST AWAY!
